Dr. Ibrahim Haidar is a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon in Dubai focused on sports injuries and lower-limb surgery — the knee, hip, ankle and foot. A Fellow of the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (FEBOT), he also holds the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Diploma in Sports Medicine, consulting at Emirates Hospital in Motor City and Jumeirah. His approach starts with an honest answer to the question every patient actually has: do I need surgery at all? Many injuries respond to structured rehabilitation; when surgery is the right choice, patients receive a clear plan with staged milestones back to sport, work and daily life. Consultations are available in English, French and Arabic.

Dr. Haidar graduated from the Lebanese University Medical School and completed his residency in Orthopaedics & Traumatology at the same university, followed by a paediatric rotation in Paris. He then completed his fellowship in Sports Medicine and Lower Limb Surgery at Centre Santy-FIFA Medical Center in Lyon, France, and worked as an orthopaedic & trauma specialist at the Clinique Du Sport in Paris. He holds diplomas in Sports-Related Injury (Grenoble University) and Arthroscopic Surgery (Versailles University, SFA). He has published more than 18 peer-reviewed articles in reputable journals with a focus on sports injuries.
